MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures confidential handling of all customer data and information received in relation to our products and services. All data and information received will only be used for the proper handling of the order and corresponding payments. No data will be made available or sold to third parties other than those parties neccessary to carry out and complete the order.

Privacy policy:
MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures confidential handling of all customer email address information received. No email address information will be made available or sold to third parties. No unsollicited promotion or other activities will be undertaken using such email address information.

Credit Card Billing policy:
MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures that the billing process of orders made through credit cards, are carried out applying the utmost secure and safe methods available today. Orders paid through credit cards will be billed immediately after approval of the order.

Shipment policy:
MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures the shipment of the purchased goods worldwide through Registered & Priority AirMail within 24 hours, or on the next working day, after acceptance of the order by MöhltiMedia.

Guarantee policy:
MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures the correct working of their products and their services purchased by their customers. Improper working of the products must be brought to MöhltiMedia's attention within 8 days of receipt by the customer of the goods. MöhltiMedia will then send repair tools, or a complete new product.

Refund policy:
MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures the proper working of their products and their services purchased by their customers. If either repair tools sent or complete new products sent do not solve the improper functioning of the purchased products, MöhltiMedia will refund the money paid by the customer for the purchased products within 60 days of having reported the problems by the customer to MöhltiMedia.

Communication policy:
MöhltiMediaPublishing ensures that the reaction time with respect to queries of customers sent by email to info@mohltimedia.com, will be within 24 hours, or the next working day.
